I was recently interviewed by friend and fellow foodie, Brenda de la Piedra from @onehungrymami where we spoke about food, fitness and health for her #wcw feature over on her blog. Brenda wrote some really lovely words about me and how our friendship came about. It's no secret we have a mututal woman crush happening! I feel a really warm vibe when I'm around Brenda. What you see is what you get - there's no pretense or alterior motive. I was fortunate to come across  her Instagram feed a year or so ago. It amazes me how friendships and connections are made through social media.
