to create a recipe for their viewers using one of their organic powders and since I love their Maca so much, I thought I'd use this handy superfood to make a batch of these Maca & Peanut Butter Fudge Squares.
I use Organic Burst Maca almost daily. I usually add a tablespoon to my daily smoothie and mix some through porridge and chia puddings. Why? Because this powerful powder has a wide range of nutrients, including vitamin B, vitamins C and E and provides plenty of calcium, zinc, iron, magnesium, phosphorous and amino acids. Maca also helps to balance our very delicate hormones. With the demands of daily life and the stress that comes with my current chaotic schedule, I find I rely on natural supplements to support me through these somewhat manic times. Needless to say, Maca is on high rotation at my place.
These fudge squares are so easy to make and absolutely delicious to eat. You only need a handful of ingredients and just 20 minutes to get these happening.
