Sprouted Routes
I was approached by Liz Moody, the blogger and passionate foodie behind Sprouted Routes to discuss food, family and health. I was surprised that I hadn't come across her blog prior to her contact and was delighted to take a browse. Her blog is really well put together. She has a collection of her own fab recipes, an online shop and some inspiring lifestyle articles. Europe being my favourite all time destination, I can hardly wait to get into her EatWell Europe Guide that she has written and created to help us keep healthy while travelling in that amazing part of the world. What really stood out during our exchange what Liz's refreshingly genuine, honest and just simply warm nature. We shared heritage stories (we happen to be both of Armenian descent), talked work, had a few laughs and I truly felt that I'd know her for much longer than a few virtual days. It goes to show how kindness and compassion crosses oceans. She asked me a set of questions and asked to share that ever popular Rawreo recipe over on her blog. Here's a link to the post: Kindness. Always. T x
